Native Visforms for Joomla 5 Released
Just a few days after the release of the first stable Joomla 5 version, we released Visforms and Visforms Subscription for Joomla 5. This was version 4.4.0. Visforms and Visforms Subscription 4.4.x are transitional versions that run on both Joomla 4 and Joomla 5.
Note: Visforms and Visforms Subscription 4.4.x require the Joomla plugin 'Behavior - Backwards Compatibility'.
Today we released Visforms and Visforms Subscription 5.0.0. Visforms and Visforms Subscription 5 are native products for Joomla 5.

Even though Joomla 4 and Joomla 5 look very similar on the outside, the underlying structures differ greatly in many places. Joomla is continually adapting to the latest technology standards. Therefore, in order to develop a Visforms and Visforms Subscription version that is natively compatible with Joomla 5, extensive changes to the structure and code were also necessary.
Visforms and Visforms Subscription 5.0.0 are beta versions. The update does not appear in the Joomla Update Manager.
Note: You need to manually download the installation files from our website and install them manually via the Joomla Installer.

Visforms and Visforms Subscription 5 are no longer compatible with Joomla 4. They cannot be installed on Joomla 4.
